Our story
ORI Homes began as a natural next step for OriLoan Financial Inc., a California mortgage-lending firm. Year after year, we watched clients work through two adjacent — and often disconnected — sides of the same transaction: the property side and the financing side. Information that mattered on one side often never made it to the other. Decisions that should have been made together were made apart.
We launched ORI Homes to close that gap. Real estate is one decision, not two, and our clients deserve a team that can see both halves of it. The California Department of Real Estate approved ORI Homes as our brokerage DBA in 2026, and we are now actively representing buyers, sellers, and investors across the state.
What makes us different
Most agents have to refer their clients out to a lender they barely know. We do not. OriLoan Financial Inc. is our parent company, and our team can talk to its loan officers the same way you talk to a colleague down the hall. That means a buyer's pre-approval, an investor's leverage scenario, or a seller's question about a buyer's financing strength can be answered immediately, with real expertise on both sides of the conversation.
You are never required to use OriLoan for your loan. We work with your existing lender just as readily. The OriLoan connection is an option, not a condition.
What we believe
Real estate is too important — and too expensive — to rush. We believe in patient, honest guidance:
- Time over pressure. The right home, the right buyer, and the right deal take time. We will tell you when something is not the right fit, even when it costs us a transaction.
- Full-picture thinking. Price, financing, taxes, and timing are one conversation. We will not let you miss something because it lives on the other side of someone else's desk.
- Plain language. Real estate contracts are technical. Our explanations are not.
- Long relationships. Most of our future clients will come from people we have already helped. That shapes every decision we make today.

We hold ourselves to the full standards of CA DRE practice, the disclosure requirements of California Business and Professions Code §10140.6, and the principles of the Equal Housing Opportunity framework.
