How statewide representation works
California markets differ in disclosures, insurance conditions, property types, local practices, and transaction pace. Before accepting representation, we review the location and transaction needs. When a matter requires specialized local expertise outside our service capacity, we explain that clearly and may recommend an appropriate local professional.
