Explore and prototype AI-powered automation for the mortgage and real estate industry: a better client application experience, automated workflow steps, and an AI-enabled CRM. Hands-on work for students interested in AI agents, LLM applications, and real product development.
What you'll do
- Design and test AI workflows for mortgage and real estate operations.
- Build prototypes with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, APIs, or low-code automation platforms.
- Do prompt engineering and evaluate AI-generated outputs.
- Prototype assistants that guide clients through applications and transactions.
- Evaluate tools such as OpenAI, Claude, n8n, Zapier, Make, Airtable, or Supabase.
What we're looking for
- Current student or recent graduate in CS, data science, engineering, or a related field.
- Basic programming experience in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar.
- Interest in AI, LLMs, automation, fintech, or real estate technology.
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, or automation tools is a plus.
